20 So what about these wise men, these scholars, these brilliant debaters of this world's great affairs? God hasmade them all look foolish and shown their wisdom to be useless nonsense. 21For God in his wisdom saw to it that the world would never find God throughhuman brilliance, and then he stepped in and saved all those who believed hismessage, which the world calls foolish and silly
TLB
Deut 32 ; 1-3
“Give ear, O yeheavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. My doctrineshall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rainupon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: Because I will publishthe name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God.”
KJV
The end of thiswords give the picture of what the creature of the earth are to God “...ascribe ye greatness unto our God.” Which show that God is God to every thingshere on the earth both the living and non-living all are responsible to God andGod only that why on the judgement they all shall give account as the wordsays.
The words we speak have power and butit has power to do and undo that why God honor his words than his name andJesus Christ is refer to as the word in John 1:1 and the earth where made allwith the word and God warn us on how we use our words and also that whatcorrupt is not what we eat but what come out of us that the words we speak. Thewords you speak affect you positively or negatively because they are spiritthat peak each words you speak and work out all way to bring the word toreality. I may ask what is always in your heart because out of the fullness ofthe heart the mouth speak out either negative or positive which cover you as aspell and come to reality because of the words of you. Apart from you others arespeaking and from the beginning of the word from Deut 32:1 that prove the earthhave ears as even Jesus was at the gate of hell and an order was given to thegate and the gate question the order back “open let the King of Glory enter ye,Question; who is the King of Glory”. This show that every thing in thespiritual have ears to ear also before any thing happen, most of are done inthe spiritual which then manifest in the physical. The word then give you (us)the power to speak into life what you want to happen to you and what you wantthe earth, heavens and other thing to do for you as Joshua spoke to the sun tostand by him unstill he won the battle and his word came to reality which thesun stood still which broke the records of the sensitive that want to know theyear or how old the word is. They make use of all their knowledge but they cometo see that are day in the counting it out and the try and try again but itgive them still the same result until a pastor tell them that they shouldremember that Joshua speak and the sun stand still for a whole one day which isthe missing one day in the counting. Also in Job 38:12 “Hast thou commanded themorning since thy days; and caused the day spring to know his place; that itmight take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken outof it?” that a question not to Job but to us and you the reader of this word ofmine. This show that importance of the words you speak each day about yourselfand others starting from you to your friends, sisters, brother, father, mother, sons and female children of yours’ relative and minister of the gospel of God.And most miracles Jesus did he only speak out and the miracles takes place, whyword as power and with faith as recorded in Heb. 11:1 – down your word cometrue and unto reality because if you speak with faith which is the assurance ofthings hoped for which you speak about and the conviction of things not seenwhich is what you are speaking about.
·So change your mind set
·What you say and speak
·Speak into the day for your favor
· Speak and destroy what was done or spokenagainst you in the night because you can only condemn as the word say in Isaiah54:17
Speak positive to confuse andcondemn because if negative you affirming it, that the end to turn to blame Godor another person because of the result of your word but when you are the onethat cause it happen that way.
Eachday speak, when you see negative reject and speak positive, when some says orspeak negative things against you counter it or cancel it and speak positiveand if you will return the negative back to the person and clam positive foryourself and warning if the negative is as the result of your wickedness, evilor sin it will stand, what you have to do is to repent and pray God for forgivenessand to take away the negative words off you and let only good prevail in yourlive.

NIGERIA@ 50: IT’S LEADERSHIP, DEVELOPMENT AND THE FUTURE
Nigeria, the giant of Africa, will be celebrating her goldenjubilee come October 1, 2010.This day marks the 50th Independence Anniversary of the country.
The name Nigeriawas suggested in the year 1898 by Flora Shaw. The country Nigeriais largely populated with 36 states. These are: Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom,Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti,Enugu, Gombe, Owerri, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kwara, Kogi, Lagos,Nassarawa, Niger,Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara and F.C.T.Abuja and it is grouped into three major ethnic groups which are the Hausas,Igbos and the Yorubas. Apart from this major ethic groups we have other oneslike the Ibibios, Tivs, Ikoms, Yakurs, Ngalas, Edo, Ijo,Nupe etc.
Nigeriadeveloped out of various kingdoms and people living separately from oneanother. Trade, religion and desire to visit other people made the Europeans tocome in contact with Nigeria.
Its leadership started with acolonial rule and Nigeriahad been under colonial rule until October 1 1960 when she got her independence. The British ruled the countryfor over 46 years.
In 1914, Frederick Lord Lugard amalgamatedthe Northern and Southern protectorates of Nigeria.
Major General Aguiyi Ironsi was thefirst military leader, who became the head of the Nigerian Military Governmenton the 15th of January, 1966.
Later on, General Gowon took overfrom him and ruled from then till 1975 which General Murtala Muhammed emergedas the new leader in July 29th, 1975.
The following year he wasassassinated and lieutenant General Olusegun Obasanjo continued with hisprogramme. General Olusegun Obasanjo led the country into the civilian secondrepublic with Alhaji Shehu Shagari as the first executive President of Nigeriain 1979.
As time went by General MohammedBuhari became the new military head of state. But by August 1985 he was removedfrom power and Major General Ibrahim Babangida was brought in.
The leadership of Nigeriacontinued with General Sanni Abacha and the rest until it got to the presentday President Goodluck Johnatan and
Nigeriaat 50, its leadership started from the colonial rule with an indirect rulewhich the Britaingoverned Nigeriavia indirect rule system of leadership, a system in which native leaderscontinued to rule their traditional lands so long as they collected taxes andperformed other duties ensuring British prosperity. In which uncooperative orineffective leaders were easily replaced by others who were more compliant orcompetent and usually more than willing to enjoy the perks of government. Theleadership was under opposition throughout the early 20th centuryled by Azikiwe and supported mostly by the Igbo’s and other easterners and theAction Group led by activist Obafemi Awolowo and supported mostly by theYoruba’s and other westerners. This leads to independence on the day 1stOctober 1960 (Saturday) which attracted some trust territories of Cameroon’sthat split into two where the Northern Cameroon’s that were Muslim voted tobecome part of the Northern Region of Nigeria, while the southern Cameroon’sjoined the federal Republic of Cameroon
Thisbring out Regional and ethic tensions escalate quickly and the censuses of 1962and 1963 fueled bitter disputes, trial and imprisonment of leading oppositionpoliticians whom the prime minister Balewa accused dubiously of treasons. Thisleadership matters deteriorated during the violence – marred elections of 1964,from which the UPC emerged victorious and taken over the leadership of thisgreat country which is at 50 now.
A junior army officer revolted andkilled Balewa and several other politicians including the prime ministers of thenorthern and western regions which emerged major General Johnson Aguiyi –Ironsi an Igbo as the next leader of this great nation which the northern –backed army officers staged a counter coup, assassinating Ironsi and lieutenantcolonel Yakubu Gowon taken over the leadership which in his leadership launchinto massacre of thousands of Igbo in the northern cities. This and othersaction moved the Igbo into auctioning lieutenant colonel Odemegwu Ojukwu todeclare independence of the republic of Biafra.
Gowon announced that the return tocivilian rule would be postponed indefinitely and his timing was poor, highprice, chronic shortages, growing corruption and the failure of the governmentto address created a restless mood. He was overthrew by Brigadier Murtala Ramat Muhammed who move to address issuesthat Gowon had avoided and replaced the corrupt state governors and purgedincompetent and corrupt member of the public services in Nigeria. He wasassassinated in February 13 1976 (Friday) in a coup attempt, but hisadministration remained in power and lieutenant General Olusegun Obasanjosucceeded him, which he continued Muhammed’s reforms including the move tocivilian rule. He replace the British – style parliamentary system with anAmerican - style presidential system of separate executive and legislativebranches and new year’s Eve 1983, army officers led by major General MuhammaduBuhari who overthrew him. Buhari Leadership support warned, however, thegovernment adopted a rigid program of economic austerity and institutedrepressive policies that included a sweeping campaign against “Indiscipline”, aprohibition against discussing the country’s political future and detention ofjournalist and other critical of the government. Major General Ibrahim Babangidaoverthrew him to wide acclaim and rescinded several of Buhari’s most unpopulardecrees initiated a public debate on the state of the economy and easedcontrols over business. To show that he support democracy in August hetransferred power to interim government. The powerful secretary of defenseoverthrew that leadership and his leadership dubiously accused the activists ofmurdering government supporters, gave them a hasty, unfair trial and executedthem. He imprisoned many among which is the ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo,ex-vice president Shehu Musa Yar’Adua who died in prison in December 1997 and 1993 president elect, MoshoodAbiola and prominent Nigerians, including Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka fled intoexile. violation of human rights resulted in Nigeria’s suspension from theBritish commonwealth of nations however, in June Abacha died suddenly of aheart attack and major General Abdulsalam Abubakar succeeded him as presidentand pledged return to civilian rule type of leadership and he promoted theestablishment of political parties, freed political prisoner arrested by Abachaand in March 1999 Obasanjo was elected president and the military handed otherpower to Nigeria’s new civilian government in May and the commonwealth ofnations lifted its suspension of Nigeria’s membership to coincide with theresumption of civilian leadership was plagued by sporadic out burst of communalviolence across the country and he killed thousands of Nigerian since 1999 andhis leadership was full with clashes between religious and ethnic groups, oftenspawned by local political disputes and he was re-elected in April 2003 withprudent electoral system. he wanted to prolong his term in office in 2006 butfailed which led to late president leadership as a president of the countrywhich the vote process was “flawed” and he accepted it and promise change andstarted it but death stop him on the way but he succeeded to bring peace toNiger Delta region of Nigeria which by this his name to countries to be in themouth of the people of the region.
Coming to development, these three sectorsbring about and prove a country that is developed which are economic sector, health sector and educational sector. Informal economy, Nigeria’seconomy, traditionally based on agriculture and trade, changed profound byunder colonial rule, beginning in the late 19th century. Need to pay tax to the colonial governmentforced Nigeriafarmers to replace food – producing crops which the government bought at lowprices and re-sold at a profit. In the 1960s and 1970s the petroleum industrydeveloped, prompting greatly increase export earnings and allowing massiveinvestments in industry, agriculture, infrastructure and several services andlarge investments, often joint ventures with private corporations failed. In2006 Nigeria’sGross Domestic Product (GDP) was $15 billion. GDP varied widely, depending onthe oil market: $81 billion in 1985, $32.2 billion in 1994, $40.5 billion in1995 and in 2006 Nigeria’s GDP per captia was only $797 among the lowest in theworld and well below the average for sub – Saharan Africa. poor home beenespecially hard hit by Nigeria’s economic problems, notably by devaluations ofthe currency, which make basic imported goods such as food, more expensive;outback’s in services and increase fees for services; and 8 percent averageannual rate of inflation within 2006.
Agriculture, including farming andherding accounts for 23 percent of Nigeria’sGDP and engages 3 percent of the economically active population, it contributedmore than 75 percent of export earning before 1970. Since then, however, agriculture has stagnated, partly due to government neglect and poorinvestments and partly due to ecological factors such as drought, disease andreduction in soil fertility.
Services in the Nigerian economyinclude most informal and formal enterprises. Services amounted for 20 percentof the GDP. The informal service sector is made up of small – scale enterprisesthat rely on family labour, including traders, hairdressers, entertainers, porters, tailors, etc. While in larger cities, many of the same services areprovided by formal – sector entrepreneurs, who often rely on non family labourand other businesses, including law offices, banks and traveling agencies, fallexclusively within the formal sector.
Mining dominates the Nigerian Economy virtually 100 percent of exportearnings and about four – fifths of it revenues are derived from petroleumwhich in world oil prices therefore have a dramatic effect on Nigerian economicaldevelopment. Manufacturing in 2003 accounted for 4 percent in 1982, pre –independence Nigeria, large population not withstanding, had very little industrial development a fewfineries and oil – crushing mills that processed raw material for export. duelargely to government policies encouraging decentralization although thesepolicies sometimes ran counter to solid economic criteria forestry and fishingin 2006 production was 62 million cubic meters (2.2 billion cubic feet) of fuelwood, harvested mostly near dense urban areas.
Annual lumber production mostly hardwoods suchas mahogany, Iroko and 0beche – averaged 2 million cubic meters (71 millioncubic feet), almost all the tropical forest zone. Consequently, a significantexporter of timber is a net importer. Transportation during the 1970s and 1980shave a good face due to federal and state government building and upgrading ofnumerous express way and trans regional trunk roads which helped open ruralareas to development and however, by mid – 1990s lack of governments investmentin transportation left most of the roads to deteriorate up till date andcausing robbing, kidnapping etc. Nigeriadepends on foreign, trade surplus. In 2003 exports amounted to $24.1 billionwhile import was $15 billion. The volatility of the fluctuations in the balanceof trade. Nigeria’smajor trade partners for export trade. Nigeria’smajor trade partners for exports are the United Kingdom, United States, France,China and Germanyand only small percentage of Nigerian exports and imports are traded with otherAfrican countries. Despite its positive trade balance, economy was burdenedwith massive external debt amounting in 2002 to $31.6 billion. Educational sector in Nigeriais under developed and the sector is in tears facing with several problemsinternally and externally which compile to making the primary, secondary, higher education and university education a hard road to travel. This causing agame of striking in and out like Tom and Jerry (Tom) – Government and (Jerry) –people in the sector. This has cause Nigerians to seek help in other countryand at the end some turn to person like Farouk Abdulmatalled whose brain wasoffset and brain watch with some teaching which are bad and evil that heattempted to bring down an American airline over Detroitat Christmas day with bomb. Coming to the health sector of Nigeriait can not be said that it is developed because many Nigerians are stilltraveling out for treatment in other country and even some of our health workerdo same and support other too because of the failure in the system. This evenled to the traveling out of the late president Yar’Adua to be treated, whichthe illness led to the death of my president who meant well for Nigerians atlarge.
The future of Nigeria, with visionslike vision 2015, 2020 and the 7 point agenda is put into reality and othersstated as the Business Support Group which is intended to engender privatesector support for the Nigeria Vision 2020 which as it function as follows:
- Generate publicity, public opinion and mobilizeresources from the private sector etc.
- Provide technical and financial support etc andthe 7 point agenda which are as follows:
- Power and energy, food security and agriculture, wealth creation and employment, mass transportation, land reform, security, qualitative and function education and the two special interest issues asfollows: The Niger Delta and Disadvantaged Groups etc. and Vision 2015 whichstate
1. Imagine aNigeria where: there is light 24 hours of a day, 7 days of a week and 365 daysof a year and if by any chance the light has to go off, there is prior noticeand apologies is set as well and wont be off.
2. The roads aregreat and there is no more a death traps.
3. MedicalInstitutions are top of the lines.
4. Security isgreat and you could just pack your car and will not have to pray and fast thatthe ride won’t be stolen.
5. There is safeand drinkable water at every house etc.
This country will be abetter place in the world in future and also for our words of yes to be yes andno, no and the stop of all this political game of “Promise and Fail” in all theeconomical, social, socio – political, political, religious sectors of thecountry and the pulling into law freedom of information and respecting ourJournalists and stopping the killing of them all and other people even thoughthe campaign for the office we want and by this our (Nigerian’s) future isgreat.

Hoarseness may represent a minorinconvenience to many people, but can be quite troublesome in people rely upontheir voice on a daily basis. This latter group does not only consist ofsingers and vocal professionals (professional speakers, actors, teachers, lawyers, salesmen, telephone operators, etc) but many other people that relyupon their ability to communicate with others (waiters, day care workers, etc).
When hoarseness lasts longer than2-3 weeks, is associated with pain, coughing up blood, difficulty swallowing,or a lump in the neck, medical evaluation should be sought. Hoarseness is acommon problem, but is oftentimes ignored. Many people attribute the problem to“laryngitis.” However, there are a variety of causes of hoarseness, some thatare not benign. If your voice is hoarse, there are some telltale signs that maypoint to a serious problem:
1. The presence of mild tomoderate hoarseness lasting longer than 3 weeks. Typically, laryngitis lastsonly 1-2 weeks, and only causes significant voice problems for less than aweek. Hoarseness that continues beyond that period may indicate other problemswith the vocal cords.
2. Complete loss or severe changein voice lasting longer than one week. As mentioned above, even severe laryngitisonly causes significant voice loss for a few days.
3. Hoarseness that is associatedwith pain (not from a cold or flu). While it is normal to have a sore throatand hoarseness with a cold, it is not normal to have hoarseness and a sorethroat when not otherwise sick.
4. Hoarseness that is associatedwith a feeling of a lump in the throat. These symptoms are often due to acidreflux disease. However, they can often signal a growth in the throat.
5. Hoarseness that is associatedwith a chronic cough or coughing up blood. A persistent cough may be a sign ofa growth in the throat. Especially concernin

DEFINITION:
public relations is most often defined as the management function that seeks to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships between an organization, commercial or non-commercial, and the audiences or "publics" on which the success of these entities depends. These publics may include any of several possible constituencies: customers, investors, employees, suppliers, legislators, competitors, government officials and other ?influentials.? Working within the context of the prevailing public opinion, laws, politics and societal norms of the country or countries in which they work, public relations practitioners develop programs and craft messages aimed at creating favorable support for the goals of the organizations they represent. Obtaining significant, positive news and feature coverage in the print and broadcast media is a key objective. Unlike advertising or marketing, with which it is often confused, professional public relations is more ?soft sell? than ?hard sell.? It emphasizes information and persuasion as opposed to packaging and paid media, diplomacy as opposed to force. Owing to its subtleties, it is occasionally viewed as ?propaganda? or, in more current jargon, ?spin,? the intentional manipulation of public opinion without regard for what is accurate or true. Although professional public relations has certainly been misused from time to time, its record of historical achievement suggests a much deeper and abiding respect for and adherence to openness and honesty in its dealings and communications. Public relations blossomed as a professional endeavor in the 20th Century, most conspicuously in the United States, but its roots, both philosophical and pragmatic, can be traced throughout civilization. HUMAN RELATIONS PRACTICE TO NIGERIAN BOTTLING COMPANY Historically, the first major step at regulating the activities of Insurance business in Nigeria was the report of J.C. Obande Commission of 1961, which resulted in the establishment of Department of Insurance in the Federal Ministry of Trade and which was later transferred to the Ministry of Finance. The report also led to the enactment of Insurance Companies Act 1961, which came into effect on 4th May 1967. At independence, Nigeria insurance sector was dominated by foreign insurance organizations, but with the indigenization decree, most of them sold their equity participation to Nigerians and the market configuration changed in terms of industry players because right now, the Nigerian insurance market with the abundant human resources is driven by Nigerians. There is dynamics. 49 years ago cannot be the same now. The insurance industry depends on the performance of a country's economy and the Nigerian economy is more robust now. So the performance has improved. However, the biggest developments in Nigerian insurance industry post independence include the National Insurance Commission's (NAICOM), seizing control of the largest insurer, NICON, in November 2007, part of a long standing tension between the commission and NICON. As of June 2008, NICON Insurance had appointed a new Managing Director and two Executive Directors to run the affairs of the company, following an out of court settlement agreement reached between the core investor, Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim, and NAICOM. The commission continues to keep NICON Insurance and Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation under surveillance in an effort to ensure an acceptable level of operation and compliance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines. In addition, the insurance sector has seen dramatic changes following the recapitalization of the sector by the National Insurance Commission in September 2005. It gave companies until February 27, 2007 to comply with the new levels that were set at N2bn for life insurance companies, N3bn for general insurance concerns and N5bn for composite insurance businesses. Of the 104 insurance companies and four reinsurance companies in existence before the reforms, 49 underwriters and two reinsurers met the new levels and were certified by the government in November 2007. Further mergers are likely, however, and there have been criticisms that these reforms have not been significant enough. For instance, it is widely believed that there was no liquidation of poorly performing companies as the sector continues to suffer from a very poor image and high distribution costs. The insurance sector is a very key part of the financial sector. In developed markets, the insurance sector accounts for a significant portion of the total economy. In collecting relatively small premiums from many individuals in the economy, insurers are able to pull together, like no other institution, a large pool of funds that could be invested for short or long term periods. Insurance businesses are split mainly into Non-life and Life; Non-Life Insurance representing short term funds and Life Insurance representing longer term funds. As so many insurers could serve as a means of long term financing, the sector is therefore important for sustained economic growth. This will in turn deepen and broaden the domestic financial services universe, as well as generate higher savings rates and therefore greater economic development. Insurance sector is critical to the ability of emerging and transitional economies like Nigeria to grow and develop, as well as provide a reliable cover for risk to the citizens. Insurance provides stability by allowing large and small businesses operate with a lesser risk of volatility or failure. Insurance is also seen as a compliment to government's security programmes and it privatization processes.

Hypothesis 1
There is no statisticallysignificant difference in the ratings of the relevance of Nigerian Universitiesand Colleges of Education Physics education programmes to the Senior SecondarySchool Physics Curriculum.
The scores and mean scores of theUniversities and those of the Colleges of Education in a test of relevance werecomputed. The mean scores were thencompared and tested using the t-test statistic for significant difference. The mean score (91.39) for the Universitiesversus 96.67 for the Colleges of Education yielded a computed t-value of 1.062which is not significant at 0.05 level. On the basis of the result obtained, the null hypothesis 1 above wasupheld. Table 4 indicates the result ofthe t-test run for Hypothesis 1.

Hypothesis 2
There is no statisticallysignificant difference in the rating of the relevance of the B.Sc. (Ed) PhysicsEducation programme of the first generation Universities and that of thesecond generation Universities to the Senior Secondary Physics curriculum.
The mean scores for the first andsecond generation Universities in a test of relevance were calculated. Thesemean scores were subjected to the t-test statistic. According to the results shown in table 5below, no statistically significant difference was reported at the 0.05significant level. Hypothesis 2 wastherefore accepted.
